Apologies, I fell prey to an evil spellchecker and changed a perfectly fine 
word into something else with a different meaning.  Dang those red underlines.
That should read- enable PIC.edu/jabber * natively *, not naively.


Also, if time permits, we'll also touch on the mobile jabber client that Jorj 
found - the first one that works well for group chat at no cost (unlike the 
others I've tried.)

We will resume our weekly PIC conference call today at 4pm EDT.
We'll recap some items of interest from the fall MM and outline our next 
steps for the PIC.edu project, package, and cookbook.

Some recap items of interest are:
Potential for Shibboleth work to enable PIC.edu/jabber naively (i.e., as a 
non web-app)
Federation, InCommon, Identity, and More Federation
CoManage: potential to include our PIC.edu package
PIC demo recap, possible ongoing Internet2 internal usage

Also, picdemo.internet2.edu is up and running.  Let's discuss transitioning 
our weekly calls to use it instead of voice.internet2.edu.
