All,
We will hold a PIC conference call today at 4pm EDT.  
Topics will include technical prep for the fall MM demo, logistics for
the fall MM, PIC.edu deployment / configuration on Internet2 servers,
and cookbook updates.

We didn't cover this topic last week, but given the right participants,
we should review it today:
- We should also revisit and capture some of our recent IM federation
discussion before too much time passes by.  At a minimum, it would be
nice to define some of the technical options that we found to be
desirable, and perhaps we can define some strategic direction(s) and
objectives.
