Hi folks,

Thanks again to everyone for a great job in Arlington (and sorry for 
missing yet another call).  I thought the demonstration was very simple 
to use (ended up using Psi under OSX), and showed a number of possible 
benefits.  Realizing that most folks are 
single-cpu/single-threaded/half-duplex does present some challenges to 
adoption ... but having the tool available presents a great additional 
communications layer.

Slightly random suggestions for the next demonstration: enlist the I2 
folks, including room monitors, technical support and conference staff, 
to participate in a "room" (or maybe signed in at the "lobby") to help 
promote general program and conference logistics; and, include some of 
the session moderators, presenters and panelists (assuming that they're 
comfortable with the participation) as a means to spur in-room 
discussions and participation from off-site folks (that may be watching 
the live netcast).  Realizing that not everyone can do this without the 
appearance of disrupting the "normal" flow of sessions ... but I think 
it might be an interesting means to get better interaction for the 
presenters and panelists.  In some cases, it could also serve as a 
method for presenters to ask for input from others as contributing to 
the live session.
