Google to participate in PIC.edu.
[ACTION] (5/31) Deke and Mark will experiment with pseudonymity in Jabber
chatrooms.
[ACTION] (5/31) Mark will revise the features list at
https://wiki.internet2.edu/confluence/display/picwg/PIC-WG+Features+List ,
adding XMPP items to the "Protocol Specific" section, and making
the "User Features" and "Security and Privacy" sections protocol-agnostic.
[ACTION] (4/12) Deke will continue looking for a permanent chair for the PIC
working group.
[ACTION] (3/22) Jonathan will look for PIC.edu resources at Radvision, 
Tandberg,
and Polycom.
[ACTION] (3/8) Jonathan will find out what's going on with presence in the
Access Grid community, and if there is interest in PIC.edu there.

- on the July 12 call, make any last tweaks to the survey, and call it final
- between July 12 and July 19...
  - Ben puts the survey into surveymonkey
  - Jonathan compiles a recipient list from the CIO calls so far, and the
    group's own list of usual suspects
- on the July 19 call, we finalize the recipient list
- survey goes out July 20
