*Discussion*

The group continued its discussion of XMPP.edu.
- Candace suggested that XMPP.edu also encompass SIP/SIMPLE, and be called
PIC.edu instead; there was general agreement.
- Rodger stressed that we want this project to be easy to deploy and to
require
little support.
- The CampusEAI Consortium has about 2000 IT people on 120 campuses using XMPP
right now; Prashant noted that engineering support and documentation are the
biggest challenges. CampusEAI could assist PIC.edu in these areas.

Shortly after the call, Candace wrote up a rough draft description of PIC.edu
and sent it to some of the PIC conference call regulars. [ACTION] Rodger,
Dennis, Prashant, Deke, Steve, and Ben will send Candace feedback on her draft
PIC.edu doc.
