will schedule a larger testing session.
[ACTION] (1/12) Rodger will send the SMM session proposal to the PIC list for
review before submitting it.

perspectives on IMS.
[ACTION] (12/15) All will respond to Candace's Dec. 8 email, "PIC-SER Feature
Requests #1".

panelists; Dennis will suggest further potential panelists.

whether messages should go straight to voicemail.

Rodger noted an article by Ben T., "Net-Neutrality Under Threat", that has
been

Ben T. has installed Vaclav's latest snapshot on pals-dev. [ACTION] Ben T.
will
do some initial pals-dev testing, then the group will schedule a larger
testing
session.
Rodger has gotten good feedback on the group's plans for a VoIP panel at the
Internet2 Spring Member Meeting, but he's still looking for suggestions for
presenters and content. [ACTION] Rodger will send the SMM session proposal to
the PIC list for review before submitting it. [The deadline for SMM session
proposals has been extended to Jan. 27; see
http://events.internet2.edu/2006/spring-mm/calls.cfm.] Rodger will chair the
panel. There will also be an evening PIC WG meeting at the SMM.
