This directory is empty because acc module has been split to several
other modules. You can safely ignore the error message below.
acc_syslog, acc_db, and acc_radius modules replace acc.

If you really want to get rid of the error message then you can edit
sip_router/Makefile and add acc module to the list of excluded modules.
