The PIC demo at the Internet2 Member Meeting is 8:45am-10am on 
Wednesday, in Salon C.
[ACTION] All demo participants will meet in Salon C at 7:30am Wednesday 
for a full-dress rehearsal.
[ACTION] Jeremy will try to meet with David Lassner before showtime to 
talk about plans for the demo in general and about shortening David's 
presentation in particular.
[ACTION] Jeremy will coordinate with Henning, and try to arrange testing 
ahead of the demo if possible.
[ACTION] Rodger will see if his laptop can receive Henning's video.
[ACTION] Candace and Rodger will bring headsets; Rodger will bring a 
Sony USB clip-on camera as well.
[ACTION] Candace will be an actor in the demo, as well as talking about 
the package and use cases.
[ACTION] Rodger will portray the confused freshman in the demo.
