*Discussion*
The dress rehearsal of the Member Meeting demo took about 11 minutes and led
to
some changes to the script; see Ben T.'s April 21 email, Subject "Re: [wg-pic]
DRAFT SMM Demo Script (for review on call today)". As Session and eyeBeam
still
do not interoperate, the dress rehearsal used only eyeBeam. [ACTION] Jamey
will
continue to pursue interoperability issues with Jeff King at Wave3 and the SIP
expert at Xten. [ACTION] Candace will contact Jamey to arrange testing with
the
latest version of eyeBeam (version number ending in "o").
Most of the call was devoted to reviewing and revising Candace's draft call
for
participation in the paths-in-the-snow trials. The result of this discussion
was
sent to the list for further review; see Candace's April 21 email, Subject
"[wg-pic] PIC-SER Call for Participation". Jeremy noted that he's already had
some requests for trials. [ACTION] Candace will find out what Mac OS versions
support Session. [ACTION] Candace will draft the "Configuration worksheet and
Wiki reference" offered in the CFP. [ACTION] Ben T. will set up the
technical support list.
