*Discussion*

The deadline to checkpoint development and start testing the Member Meeting
demo
configuration was April 8; the group agreed to extend it to April 14. So far
only eyeBeam is working properly; the main thing still needed is at least one
additional client. There was general agreement that running all clients in P2P
mode is OK, as long as this is compatible with manual presence features. There
will be no rich presence features (e.g. calendar integration) in the MM demo.

There is strong interest in including off-hook notification in the demo.
[ACTION] Jamey will update the group on whether or not eyeBeam can do off-hook
notification with p2p, and if so, how. [ACTION] Ben T. will update the group
on
whether or not Session can do off-hook notification with p2p, and if so, how.
[ACTION] Candace will update the group on whether or not p.C can do off-hook
notification with p2p, and if so, how. [ACTION] Ben T. and Candace will test
Session on Tuesday at 10am Eastern, and send out notes on the results.

Dennis pointed out that we don't want to include clients that demo attendees
can't try themselves. [ACTION] Candace will find out if p.C is available to
the
public. Jeremy noted that the package doesn't have to be ready at the demo; we
could announce an impending release anyway.

Samir Chatterjee has invited the group to do a demo and/or presentation at
SuperComm in Chicago on June 6. There was general agreement that we don't have
the resources to do a demo then. [ACTION] Rodger will let Jeremy know if he
can
accept Samir's invitation to speak. Also, Rodger is still planning on having a
demo at Ford sometime after the Member Meeting; this will likely be nearly
identical to the MM demo.

Finally, Ben T. noted that he's gotten a commitment from Internet2 audio guru
Chris Goosman to help with the difficult problem of avoiding feedback and echo
at the MM demo.
