Presence and IntComm WG

pals is running in presence agent mode now so we can see how it behaves 
with the user agents.  I'll probably have to put it back into 
peer-to-peer mode soon, but I'd like to gather logs from interactions 
with Eyebeam, Session, and Pulver Communicator.  Starting up the client 
in presence agent mode, updating presence and subscribing to another's 
presence should be sufficient.  I do have Eyebeam running in that mode, 
so I guess I'm looking for the other two.
