I fixed some limitations in SER's parsing of Accept and Event headers 
but have mostly been in various meetings this week, so that's as far as 
I've gotten.

There is still a problem with the SER PA wrt SUBSCRIBE and PUBLISH 
processing, so I propose to turn off the PA for today's call so that SER 
will pass those SUBSCRIBE/NOTIFY directly between Eyebeam, which should 
let us test more Eyebeam features.

Candace offered to help, and I think this is something she could help 
with. The particular problem I'm having is that Xiaotao and I expected 
the same contact value in the PIDF as in the SIP headers, and the SER PA 
is using the contact from the PIDF to find a record in the database. 
Eyebeam is using the address of record (e.g., sip:) as 
the contact in the PIDF. If that's the correct interpretation, I will 
replumb a bit to make PA behave correctly.

I should be on the Eyebeam test call, but I need to repatch one of my 
ports to get my Windows box on the right side of the firewall.
