Candace,

Jamey and I had one or two calls with Erik Lagerway from X-Ten over
the Summer.  At that point, they are just getting started with
implementing IM&P.  At their request, Jamey configured some test
accounts for them on PALS and they offered us as many Eye-Beam trial
licenses as we wanted.  

Is it time to follow up with them and maybe have one of their
engineers join a PIC call?
