All,

  After a nice breather it's time to begin moving forward again.  Ben
has agreed to merge sundry files with brainstorming todo items into one
list and send it around.

  We need to finish at least the first push for brainstorming and divide
it into committed todo items and wish list items.  (I'm not suggesting that
we put a cap on new ideas, only that we need to move forward with what
we have in hand.)  Perhaps we can work out a general attitude toward the
FMM member meeting that will help us sort this out.  Are we looking for
nth degree eye-popping?  Are we looking for it just really works?

  Then we need to agree on task ownership, teams, target dates,
general process, etc.

  There is a new list, pic-dev I think, that is intended for active
developers so as not to swamp inboxes unnecessarily.  Let's make sure we
all agree it's a good idea, and begin to use it.

  If you can make time tomorrow it would be nice to get off to a good
start.  Just FYI, there are only 117 days until the FMM!
