The pic-demo list is working.  However, it will reject email from
non-subscribers.  If a user is having trouble installing a client and
has not yet succeeded in registering, they will not be subscribed to
pic-demo and SYMPA will reject any mail.  A bit of a Catch-22!  

There are two possible fixes (and I CC the pic-demo list itself, so
anyone checking the archive can find a way out of this):

1) The user first visits the portal, then sends the "I'm-confused"
   email to the pic-demo list;

2) The user manually subscribes like this:

   1. Send an e-mail to the address: 

   2. In the subject header OR in the body of the email put:
      sub pic-demo FirstName LastName
      e.g. (sub pic-demo Alex Bell)
