I have updated the place table with new container places ("First
Floor", "Second Floor", "Lobby Level", "Crystal City Marriott", "Metro
Washington, DC).  I have also populated the "nestid" field throughout,
so the place nestings work properly.  I also added an "area" field,
with the square footage of each room and place (in case we want to add
geoloc precision fuzzing).  I'll bet you never thought you would need
to know the square footage of Washington, DC!
