I will work on the web site documentation for several hours 
tomorrow.  Jamey, Xiaotao, and Ben - by tonight, will you be willing to 
stop any development that would make major changes to the installation 
documentation?

I don't have a way to generate documentation for Mac (Session) or PDA 
client (if any) - can someone else do that for the new demo documentation?

Regarding the use of GSM - has anyone actually done the math on how much 
network bandwidth this would save us at the demo site?
