All,

  In broad brush terms, my goal for the working group meeting in Arlington
is to provide a forum for the group members to discuss whatever is on
your minds.  If there are topics you'd like worked over, please post them
so that people will have a chance to mull them over.  I'll collect the
topics and attempt to make sure all are brought up.  Even if you can't
make the meeting, please feel free to contribute to the conversation.

  Again in very broad terms, I think we should review the first year of
the group, the demo which will then be in progress, what we haven't done
(or done as well as we'd like), and what we would like to do in the future,
along with the associated goals.  More specifically, I'd like a discussion
of our goals for future demos.

  It has also been suggested that we review the PIC charter.  Some of it,
for example,  refers specifically to first year activities.   We might 
think about what, other than demos, we'd like to do.

  I have not mentioned the Social Context group because my sense is that
it would be better for us to meet in a bof before reporting to the group
as a whole.  This isn't in stone.  If you'd like a plenary discussion,
please speak up.
