This would be a good reason not to do it now.  We should really be
focusing on hardening the IM, presence, and location pieces since we are
less than a week away.  I'd hate to have an easy thing introduce more
problems and divert valued resources away from our main goal.

We can't exactly "lock down" the demo anyway.  There are a lot of
details that are not working.  If it's easy, why not do it?
