Dear Joe, Ben, and all PIC WG members
Thank you for participating in the Poster Session at our spring member meeting. Poster sessions are a consciously low-tech forum for the exchange of information and ideas about collaborations, projects and works-in-progress. Stories are conveyed by the use of graphs, diagrams, pictures, data, and narrative text displayed on ~3'x4' cork board. Participants informally discuss their presentations with conference attendees during the staffed hours of the poster session.

Poster sessions are to be staffed during the morning refreshment breaks, lunch and afternoon refreshment break.
Staffing Schedule:
Tuesday April 20
        Morning         10:00- 10:30 am
        Lunch                   11:45 am noon
                                12:45 1:00 pm
        Afternoon               2:30 3:00 pm

Wednesday April 21
        Morning                 10:00 -10:30 am

You are welcome to staff your poster area at additional times; if you do so, we ask that you post a schedule of staffed hours at your station.

Each Poster Participant will receive:
1 6' table
2 chairs
1 cork board and easels
pushpins

The tables and easels will be set up in the Poster Session area; specific spaces are allocated on a first-come-first-served basis. The corkboards and chairs can be picked up at the registration booth during regular registration hours. We strongly recommend that you set up your display by 6:00 pm on Monday April 19 prior to the start of the Welcome Reception. The display can be taken down following the morning break on Wednesday and no later than 2:00pm on Wednesday April 21.
