Presence and IntComm WG

  I fired up sipc and the monitor on it indicates a successful
registration with pals.  But pals doesn't show me as online.  In fact
it doesn't show me at all.  Is there a step I need to take to be
known by pals?

  The monitor also indicates that I sent you, Jamey, a subscription
request.  Did you get it?
