This is looking very good. Kudos.
Some confusion (mine), nits and a question.
My understanding of the rationale for domain hijacking was to highlight
SIP.edu, not that it was an overhead problem.
On page two I get a little lost with aggregated presence from all
of Bob's UAs. What would happen if I have two devices and I lend one
of them to Jamey for his trip to Seattle? Split personality?
On page four, 2nd paragraph: "...would query the Bob...." Drop the
definite article.
On page six I'm confused about the additional schema <crl:room>. First,
I guess I don't really understand the difference between crl: and cl: .
I would have guessed this to be <cl:room>. Also, in the second sentence
of this section: "The distinction we are making is that <cl:loc> is part
of the mailing address, while <cl:loc> is used to locate..." Should the
second tuple be <cl:room>?
On page seven under UA Capabilities, This is the first time I've
noticed the distinction being made between a UA capabilities and the
person-user's wishes. Very good stuff. Or, did I miss entirely the
point of the section? If I'm reading it correctly, then I suggest that
you might want to develop a different language set for people (this isn't
the right way to say it but the words escape me.) For example, "...what
modes are supported by the user..." might be "what modes are preferred by
the user...."
All small stuff. This is a very good effort. Thanks again to you
both.
