I think so, but I'm a little over my head in the details of rtpmap.
Debug on the gateway shows this:
m=audio 32794 RTP/AVP 0
a=rtpmap:0 PCMU/8000
a=rtpmap:97 iLBC/8000
Feb 5 17:28:42.477: Invalid payload value (97) specified in rtpmap
attribute line
