I've partially ported the presence portal from
http://ser.uits.indiana.edu/loc/ to http://sip.handhelds.org/loc/.

* Authentication has been removed (though I'm thinking we should put
  it back if manual location updates are to work).

* The code has been changed in many places to reflect that we are now
  doing without a "subscriber_place" table.  Instead, we are using the
  "presentity" table to bind a subscriber with a placeid.

* The code has been changed to reflect that we are now doing without a
  "contains" table.  Instead, the "place" table has a "contains" field
  that lists a set of child places.

* Team members are shown with "PIC on me!" next to their SIP URI

However, many, many things are still broken.  

Gotta pack, sleep.  More fun on Sunday night.
