AI: Jamey will decide within a few days whether to ship 2 servers to
    Hawaii or just 1; if 1, Alan will bring up the second server. 

AI: Jamey & Co. will keep hacking SER's presence agent code.

AI: Alan to send Ben Iris' spreadsheet.

AI: Jeremy to produce architecture overview whitepaper.

AI: Art to update http://pic.internet2.edu/demo.html

AI: Jamey to give Artem and Ben accounts on HP development machine.

AI: Xiaotao and Jamey to make sure push-provisioning works well with
    watcher retrieval and sipc watcher approval.

AI: Art to buy 1 XLR->line level box and ship to Alan for testing in
    East-West center (possibly with Radio Shack mini->handset jack
    converter)

AI: Ben to ship headsets and four Cisco 7940 phones to Alan; one will
    be pre-provisioned for testing with XLR->line level box
