When I first looked at the http://www.acmqueue.com/ site, it lacked
all the articles from the print edition. The harsh criticisms of
SIMPLE that Marshall Rose makes in "On Helicopters and Submarines" are
particularly relevant to this group. I also enjoyed "Beyond Instant
Messaging", which suggests some interesting ways to improve IM's human
factors (e.g. per-character-messaging, virtual goodbye waves).
I have not looked at the Wireless Village work. We probably should.
