  Assuming you aren't asking about logistical details, the following clip
is from a note I sent to Henning.  In broad strokes it's the purpose of
the gathering.

  An issue that has become increasingly noticeable among the core team
is a confusion, or maybe just vagueness, about how all the elements
of RP/ALS are expected to communicate and fit together.  Too often,
I think, we arrive at ad hoc means for particular exchanges without an
appreciation of the whole.
                                                                              
  
  So, I have a favor to ask, two favors actually.  When this group
met with Xiaotao in your conference room last August it was immensely
helpful in setting a practical course for the Indianapolis demo.
Would it be possible for our team to meet in one of your conference
rooms this fall?  Also, could we impose on you to join us for 1-2
hours to help us understand and document a target architecture for rich
presence towards which our group can work?  We'll come prepared with an
annotated schematic representing our best current understanding of how
things should fit together.

  I would like the group to produce a document (or documents) detailing
both specifically how the demo should work and, more generally, how the
elements of RP/ALS should interact.  We could do this in many forms and
would welcome any suggestions you may have.
