Presence and IntComm WG

Since we like our Polycom conference phones so much, we decided to try
out one of their SIP phones.  Unfortunately, it looks like they don't
actually make the soundpoint ip 600, and it ships with an administrator
password of some sort that is not documented in anything that ships with
the phone.  Furthermore, it ships with a fixed 10.x.x.x IP address. 
Polycom is trying to track this info down, but in the mean time, does
any of you know how to configure one of these?
