Presence and IntComm WG

  With ALS back on the table, intense portal development and increased
UA interaction with everything, this demo has become complex, if it
wasn't already.  We need to be sure we're making solid decisions that
will both last and scale.  Toward this goal Henning has generously agreed
to share with us his vision of the RP/ALS architecture and allow us to
use a conference room at Columbia again.

  Henning has asked for some days to chose from.  Mondays, Tuesdays and
Fridays are best for him.  Time is short and finding a day everyone can
make may not be possible.  We can probably tie in virtual attendees via
audio conference at least, and maybe video.

  I suggest we offer 11/10, 11/11, 11/14, 11/17, 11/18 and 11/21 as
possible dates.  Comments?

  In the interim between now and whatever date is chosen, I've committed
us to producing a schematic showing our current understanding of how
things should work.  We can do this virtually in a number of ways.
