What really happened here is that the registration script naively
calls the add_ser script, which never populates the first_name and
last_name fields in the subscriber table.  This is still not fixed.

I simply took the registration log file and munged it into a MySQL
batch file and added them.  We'll have to do this again semi-manually
one or two more times.
