1) Room nesting tree is now parsed; if a user is in Ballroom, 1 and
   there is a no session in Ballroom, 1, but there is a session in
   Ballroom 1&2, the correct session name / time remaining is shown.

2) Room session names are now cached in the place table, improving
   performance significantly.
