Jeremy,

That's great. It would also be nice to a have computer with at least a
couple of the clients installed on it at the Help Desk at all times.
Ideally we could have all OSs and all clients but that would probably be
both a hardware and space problem.  Having at least a Windows machine with
sipc and Sessions running would a nice both to do quick checks if we get
reports of failures and to show people how a working configuration looks.
