Presence and IntComm WG

  In thinking over the helpdesk I don't see any way to schedule folks
without likely stepping on something they'd want to listen to.  So,
I put a signup page linked off the wg page.   If you'd like to volunteer,
or have, please send me the slot you want and I'll put your name on it.

  Also, I've made the slots two hours.  About right?  Too long?  Want to
stay longer?  By Thursday afternoon participants should know what they're
doing?  Yes/no?

  Other thoughts or changes?
