Presence and IntComm WG

Since I'm having trouble with sipc.linux, I thought I'd try a couple of
other UA's.  Both linphone (voice only) and the NIST SIP instant
messenger are able to register with ser.uits.indiana.edu.  I have not
tested linphone yet other than to register.

After I register, both SUBSCRIBE and MESSAGE are getting 404 not found
from ser.uits.indiana.edu when I try to add a contact or send a message
to

Am I getting bitten by domain hijacking?  I thought this was handled by
the proxy/registrar.
