Presence and IntComm WG

When I select "Any place" and click on "Filter list" it doesn't show be
anything.  Shouldn't it show me everything?

When I select "Online" or "Offline" and click on "Filter list" it reverts 
back 
to "Any presence state".

When I set my location to "bar" how come nobody calls to offer to buy me a 
drink?
