Presence and IntComm WG

I tried to re-register but Steve says that I'm not in the SER database.  And 
when I continue to the headset purchase page:

        
https://services.internet2.edu/payment/script?first_name=Dennis&last_name=Baron&;

I get:

        HTTP Status 404 - /payment/script
        type Status report
        message /payment/script
        description The requested resource (/payment/script) is not available.
        Apache Tomcat/4.1
