One of the more interesting PDA video applications (includes voice of
course) comes from
http://www.francetelecom.com/en/solutions/voice_data/eConf.html
France telecom with an video application called Econf.
Econf has a SIP version that uses a Radvision stack. It is an amazing piece
of software.
I am not sure if Jean claude is the right contact or if there is a match to
what you are looking for.

Subject: [WG-PIC:150] SIP slides
We are hosting Open Handhelds Developer's Workshop at CRL this week on
Friday and Saturday for people who work on Linux and open source
applications on handhelds such as the iPAQ. One of the topics people would
like to hear about is SIP and voice-over-ip. I would be happy to talk about
it but do not have a presentation ready. Does anyone have slides I could
use?
Thanks,
Jamey
