  Modest panic is setting in at the number of details left to do for the
demo.  There's a link on the demo page now with tasks that need to be
owned and completed.  Please take a look and let me know what you'd be
willing to sign up for.

  Some of you have volunteered to do a stint at the help desk.  We can use
more.  Keep in mind this is an approved way to improve your treasury of
grace!  Early next week I'll post a schedule of people/times.

  Finally, if you can think of tasks that should be on the list but aren't,
please speak up asap.

  Just FYI, I'm at VON in Boston tonight.  Among the hottest topics are
presence, integrated communications, location services and 802.11 wireless.
It appears that we've stepped into a really interesting alignment.  Pulling
this off could be a really good thing.  Having done much of the heavy
lifting already let's not let things fail on the small stuff.
