Hi multicast working group,

We finally launched a W3C multicast community group last week:
https://www.w3.org/community/multicast/

It's aiming to incubate multicast capabilities in browsers to the
point they can be safely added to the web platform.

The first meeting is Wednesday at 8am Pacific time, the .ics
is attached.  Anyone who would like to help and/or track our progress
is encouraged to join.
