232.2.3.2 is one of the groups associated with the JANET dbeacon instance:

The JANET beacon appears to cover four of the five unique source addresses.

The other one, 193.17.9.3, appears to be part of EUMETCast (terrestrial multicast for EUMETSAT data): 

So, I would say that there are two applications represented in that list of streams - one is a beacon instance, and one is a production data service:

Anyone aware of any active SSM streams to view for testing?  Details for viewing (source address, group address, port #, best app for viewing, etc) would be appreciated.  Looking at the I2 Router Proxy page, I do see a few live streams:
