232.2.3.2 is one of the groups associated with the JANET dbeacon instance:
The JANET beacon appears to cover four of the five unique source addresses.
The other one, 193.17.9.3, appears to be part of EUMETCast (terrestrial multicast for EUMETSAT data):
So, I would say that there are two applications represented in that list of streams - one is a beacon instance, and one is a production data service:
