Hi!

WE had an incident with a customer who lost connectivity due to a large 
amount of unassigned Internet controlblock traffic.

Anyone else seen this traffic? We have a possible lead (looking at previous 
storms (SAP/SDR in september)) this is due to Junos upgrades.
