Hi Roy,

This is currently down. I will be getting it back up, but it may not  
be before the Joint Techs workshop next week. On those days (Monday  
2/2 through Wednesday 2/4) the Joint Techs workshop will be viewable  
live at this address.

The test channel will be back up after those dates, with its regularly  
scheduled rebroadcast of the Research Channel.
