This AS 26333 (IP Subnet 130.37.0.0/16) does belong to the University of New Orleans in Louisiana. They are advertised to I2 and NLR via the LONI network AS 32440.

UNO seems to have had a mix up in paying their bills and the ARIN registry fee was not paid. They are working to correct the issue.
