No, it does not look like we can receive either at this time.  According 
to our logs we last saw an SAP announcement for 233.88.214.137 at about 
07:31:27 2008-01-08.  I got that by searching our  website for that 
multicast IP  ( https://gustv.gac.edu/search.php )
