Certainly a quite interesting topic, I've been worrying about this but
had no time to look into it.

I would like 5-10 minutes to present a new multicast management tool
I'm working on. It's inspired by some discussion we had at JT in
Albuquerque. Basically it uses SNMP to collect multicast state from
routers to display multicast trees etc and is also supposed to do some
diagnostics. There are also agents that can be used for this to work
inter-domain without providing external SNMP access.
