After being spoiled by hardware encoders/multicasting appliances, I'm trying to learn to do it with software.
Have a long way to go...Can anyone receive this?

In VLC, open network, HTTP> http://136.244.12.62/mc/h264fmc.sdp

in QT Player, File Open URL, same as above or

http://136.244.12.62/mc/h264fmc.mov

The stream is H.264 over 233.88.214.140, ports a=9000, v=9002
