It's not fanless, but pretty quite. I've had some success with EtherWAN,

IGMP Snooping, Multicast filtereing, VLANs...not bad for a nice price.
Underated IMHO. But a very light on the documentation and support (...at
least as of a year ago).

I'm after a small fanless (ie: quiet) switch for home use that can do
IGMP (dot1q optional).
Does anyone know of any vendors that have such a beastie?
