The actual VBrick's IP is 136.244.96.102, is that what you mean?
It seems that two clients in Connecticut can see the streams, but no- one outside the state.
I am wondering if the issue is between CEN and I2.
I forwarded the helpful feedback to our network guys, I'm at the "dumb end" of the measuring tape, i.e. production...
