. . . if you have a lot of bandwidth, and are willing to tolerate occasional
interruptions ;) The folks at the University of Alaska have begun to
multicast their internal TV station, UATV, using DVTS at 233.30.94.33/8000.
As you can see from their schedule, much of the day they rebroadcast NASA TV:

So, if you have the ability to handle a 30 Mbps multicast stream on your
network, and the ability to display DVTS (either a WinXP box with reasonable
CPU and video hardware or an external DV-analog converter), you're all set.
The video quality is excellent, too. . .
