Trees are to blame. I ordered a DVB-S decoder so we'll be
able to downlink the digital MPEG-2 feed from NASA in the
future, but in the meantime we are using the temporary
analog feed from AMC7 18c. This particular satellite is in
the part of the horizon that is obscured for our dish.

Until the multicast feed gets squared away, you can try the
unicast feed from NASA's page:

http://www.nasa.gov/multimedia/nasatv/
